Muy bien ubicado, mal olor a cloacas. Positive: La ubicación es demasiado céntrica, muy cerca de supermercados, de la estación Aiguille du Midi, de venta de souvenirs, restaurantes, de la oficina de turismo... Muy buena. El tamaño del flat es ideal para pocas noches. El encargado nos dejó ingresar antes de la hora, muy agradecida por eso. No tiene aire acondicionado pero la habitación es fresca en septiembre. Negative: Lo más desagradable es el olor a cloacas que sale del baño y como éste se encuentra en todo el acceso, impregna del mal olor a todo el apartamento, desde mi apreciacion el lavamanos está funcionando como ventilación de las tuberías, y deberían solucionarlo colocando un buen sifón al desagüe del lavamanos y cambiando el mueble del mismo que huele a humedad. El baño es muy básico, no hay repisas de ningún tipo para colocar cosas en la ducha o en el lavamanos, tiene un mueble de almacenamiento que huele mucho a madera (yo lo quitaría) Lo segundo que no me gustó, fue el mobiliario de madera en todo el apartamento que parece lleno de grasa y està pegachento al tacto. No dejaron ni un trapo para limpiar las superficies, el trapo para secar los platos no secaba bien, no hay pala para recoger lo que uno barre. No me gustó que para el sofacama no había sabana con caucho y adicional la sabana de sobre cama, lo que había era un duvet y si consideramos que no hay aire acondicionado, arroparse con el duvet es un poco caluroso para el verano. Considero que el huésped no debería armar el sofacama a la llegada ni desarmarlo a la salida, para eso se paga un hospedaje y tampoco sacar la basura, uno va de vacaciones es para hacer oficio??? Creo que no. Es demasiado costoso para la calidad del hospedaje.

Positive: The apartment is quite dirty. Despite the size of it it’s organized so badly you don’t have enough space. No dining table that you can eat normally. There crowds gathering in some of the bars in the back yard of the apartment building so you can’t sleep till they are gone (about 2-3 AM every night).

Amazing location, nice kitchenette, comfortable Positive: I was afraid the room might feel too small, but actually it was a pretty good size as a single person (or even 2 people would probably be fine). I also really liked the kitchen area (electric burners, sink, drain rack, etc); had plenty of utensils/dishes for my needs, and also some leftover oil/spices and pantry-type items from other guests. The bathroom was nice as well. Apart from hearing some occasional noise from hallway (e.g. elevator usage), I didn't hear any other noise from other residents, which was nice (seemed to be concrete walls). The residents I did bump into while staying there were friendly and helpful, as well. It was nice to have the windows open at night, and there was generally a good ambiance outside in the courtyard area. I didn't really need anything from the host beyond basic check-in/check-out, and didn't meet anyone in person, but they were responsive when I did contact them. Negative: There was what I believe a sewage smell that seemed to come from the bathroom, sometimes more than others (maybe the shower drain -- not sure if from a cracked pipe, improperly installed P-trap, etc). I will say, this was the one main downside to my stay. I do think it should get remedied, and would be a huge improvement. I did not bring it up to the host during my stay. In general, some aspects of the apartment are older or not completely functional (e.g. hood vent for kitchen, locking mechanism on windows I wasn't able to fully turn). However, it didn't really detract from my stay.
