Cozy apartment in a central location with great views. Positive: Cozy apartment in the perfect location. Great shower and comfortable bed. Negative: When booking this reservation for provided parking, it was not made clear how small the parking box is. Needed to pay for five nights of 24 hours a day at a nearby garage. Floor fan in the room would be appreciated as keeping the window open during the summer months can be a little noisy. Also, one of the mechanical shades was broken in the half down position upon arrival. Blocked 1/3 of the view from the living room. A critical over the bathroom sink light was burnt out as was one of the lights over the kitchen table. Having said all that, I would not hesitate to stay again. Great rental.

Sometimes we pay the price for conveniences. Positive: Location. Beds. Linens. Views from balcony. Easterly facing windows. Opening windows at night. Fully equipped kitchen. Host being responsive, though a bit of a delay. Negative: The initial street entrance instructions maybe a little more clearer on the code entry. No mention of the magnetic key fob for the future keyless entry. Food smells from the restaurants from below. Noise levels starting from 6 am and continuing into the night( due to MacDonalds below and truck daily deliveries.) Bathroom lighting was never fixed and thus being dim. Shower doors leaking. Host didnt inform us about the transportation amenities of Carte D'Hote until asked. These passes were a great help.

The unit is as described in the listing. Right in the center of town and easy walk to all attractions. The view is great during the day as well as at night. Highly recommend and would stay here again if back in the area.

Perfect! Positive: The location was amazing being right in the centre of Chamonix, it was very clean, extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated and the hosts communication was great. The views from the property were incredible too. Close to buses to get to the slopes, and only a 10 minute walk from the Planpraz gondola when coming back from skiing. It was an exceptional stay, would stay again!
