Positive: Proximity to ski lifts and town center. Living room is small but well furnished. Negative: All in all tiny place designed for 1 bedroom, super noisy floors between the added rooms. Bathroom could be freshened up. Overall would be OK if it was not so expensive.

Séjour agréable dans un très beau cadre et un logement très fonctionnel au bon rapport qualité-prix Positive: Situation (vallée de Chamonix en général), instructions claires et commodité d'accès, transports (bus) de et vers Chamonix, commerces proches, capacité d'accueil, grande télévision. Negative: Chambres un peu exigües, sèche-linge en panne.

Bad stay, read my comments. Better to spend a bit more an stay in a nice hotel Negative: Second floor toilet was clogged after 1st use. The only toilet with shower. TV didn't work. I reported the two issues above to the owner and he just stop replying me. Older and smaller place than it looks from the pictures. Old and bad smelling building. Elevator didn't work the day we arrived. Beds were not comfortable.
